## The house

- **One great room.** Living, dining and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen flow into one another. The glass walls slide away entirely, so the room, the terrace and the sala become a single space.
- **The pool and sala.** A 10 × 4.5 m overflowing infinity pool, unoverlooked. A shaded sala lounge that keeps its shade all day, and a covered summer dining terrace with a premium barbecue.
- **Four king suites.** Each faces the water, each has an en-suite bathroom with an Italian walk-in shower and luxury toiletries. Air conditioning, ceiling fans and mosquito nets throughout. Deep wardrobes, EU and US power outlets. A baby crib is available on request.
- **Technical.** Sonos sound in interior and exterior zones; smart satellite television; dimmable ambient lighting throughout; high-speed fibre-optic Wi-Fi across the whole property, strong at the poolside and in the sala.
